Nigerian comedian Wonder D Talk has revealed how popular comedian and skit maker Sabinus contributed to his career at a time when he needed guidance and an opportunity to advance in the entertainment industry.
Wonder D Talk, whose real name is Ukenwor, said Sabinus came into his life at a critical point and provided him with both useful information and an opportunity to put it into practice.
“Sabinus played a very vital role in my career. He met me at a point where I needed not just assistance, but the right information and a platform to act on that information,” he said.
“He gave me an opportunity, and I will always be grateful for that,” he added.
Wonder D Talk said his relationship with Sabinus has been a blessing to him, stressing that he remains grateful for the support he received from the comedian.
He also spoke about his own career journey, saying he discovered his talent for comedy during his secondary school days in Port Harcourt.
According to him, he initially attempted music after completing secondary school in 2013 but eventually returned to comedy after realising that it came more naturally to him.
He said his career has since evolved from performing stand-up comedy to taking on other roles within the entertainment industry, including content creation and event organisation.
