The Supreme Court has ordered the sack of a member of the House of Representtives, Hon. Sopuluchukwu Ezeonwuka from the lower chamber.
Ezeonwuka is a member of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), representing Orumba North/South in Anambra Federal Constituency.
In her ruling, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun said that anoher member of the PDP, Ben-Nwankwo was the authentic candidate of the party.
