Rwanda’s GDP growth slows to 4%

Rwanda’s economy grew by four per cent year-on-year in second quarter 2017, from 7.5 per cent in the same period a year ago, the statistics office said on Monday.

The statistics office said in a statement that wholesale and retail trade contracted by six4 per cent, while agriculture expanded by six per cent; industry grew by one per cent and services by seven per cent.  (NAN)
