Rotary Club of Onigbongbo, Lagos State has pledged to unveil more projects which will uplift the state to an enviable height.

Its president, Rasaq Salau disclosed this during  a meeting held at GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.

Salau said under him, the club would extend its humanitarian services beyond the Onigbongbo community, even as he promised to enlist the support of  members capable of promoting the image of the club  in a positive way.

“Since I emerged the president of the club, we have done some projects within Maryland and Ikeja axis of Lagos, but I am not satisfied with the little I have championed.

“We have more projects in the offing which will benefit all Lagosians. Our dream is to extend our scoop and I am happy I’ve received lot of support from my members.  Although we are not large in scale, but that doesn’t determine how far we can go in making the state a place to be.

“Humanitarian services is not a competition, but my dream is to supersede previous leaders in terms of projects and humanitarian works,” he said.
