The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Henrietta Bulabari, has been declared the winner of the Khana II State House of Assembly Constituency by-election in Rivers State, securing 7,647 votes.
The Returning Officer, Prof. Angela Briggs, announced Bulabari as the winner, confirming that she had met all legal requirements for election.

Out of 71,914 registered voters, 7,834 were accredited, with 7,800 valid votes cast and 34 rejected votes. Party agents were present throughout the declaration to ensure transparency.
Speaking after the declaration, Bulabari expressed her happiness with the outcome, describing the election as free, fair, smooth, and peaceful. She pledged to implement impactful projects for her constituents, promising to deliver on her campaign commitments.
This by-election result strengthens APC’s position in the Rivers State Assembly as the party continues to consolidate its political influence in the region.
