The Renewed Hope Grassroot Movement (RHGM) South South Zone has appointed Ambassador Tony Momoh as its secretary.
In a statement made available to our reporter, jointly signed by its National Secretary, Joseph Maiwada, and the National Coordinator, Ambassador Isaac Chigozie Udeh, the group said the appointment was with immediate effect.
Momoh was charged with the responsibility to implement the group’s ‘No Dull Moment’ policy and its 3D mantra, which stands for Determination, Dedication, and Discipline as guiding principles of the group.
Momoh is an Eminent Peace Ambassador and Fellow of International Association of World Peace Advocates.
“Based on your special recommendation and nomination, you are hereby appointed as the South South Zonal Secretary of Renewed Hope Grassroot Movement-RHGM.
“This appointment is with immediate effect, and it is subject to review on the account of failure to perform, disloyalty, dishonesty, or anti-party.
“You are saddled with the responsibilities to be the head of all the correspondence of Renewed Hope Grassroot Movement-RHGM, be in charge of all secretarial matters and all duties of National Zonal Secretary as contained in our constitution, for the purpose of reelection of our principal, His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his constitutional second term of office, and the overwhelming victory of our great party, APC come 2027, in compliance with the guidelines of our great party, APC and policies of the Group.
“On behalf of the leadership of Renewed Hope Grassroot Movement-RHGM, I wish you success in your new position,” the statement read.
Momoh, while responding to his appointment, expressed gratitude to the leadership of the movement for the confidence reposed in him.
He pledged to deliver on the mandate given to him and to abide by the constitution of the movement to ensure the reelection of President Tinubu.
