Rema makes N105m donation to Christ Embassy, reveals how church aided his family

Mavin superstar Rema has donated the sum of N105 million to Christ Embassy, Edo State following his recent homecoming.

The donation was made during the singer’s Thanksgiving service which took place on Sunday at the church campground in Sapele Road.

In the video which was posted on social media, Rema disclosed how the church came to the aid of his family when his father died.

According to the ‘Commando’ crooner, the church opened a shop for his mother after his father’s passing at a time when the family felt alone.

Rema then revealed a donation of N40 million to the church infrastructure, N20 million to Rhapsodies of Realities, N25 million to the teen church, and N20 million to “any widow”.

“The church embraced me, I pledge N40 million to the infrastructure of the church, N20 million to Rhapsodies of Realities, N25 million to teen church.

“When I lost my dad, we felt alone, the church opened a shop for my mum, if there is any widow, I am pledging N20 million,” Rema said in the video clip.
