Nigerian football sensation, Fashanu Michael Ifeoluwa, has been primed for a Super Eagles call-up following his recent exploits in the Brazilian league.
Fash11, as he’s fondly called by his admirers, announced his readiness by netting seven goals and creating two assists to inspire his side, Fortaleza, to league victory in the Brazil under-20 division.
Before this, he played for Dynamic Plus Soccer Academy, a Nigerian-based football club known for producing rising stars who once hoisted the country’s flag at the global stage.

His impact in the club drew the attention of foreign scouts who watched him play seven months ago at a scouting program organised by ATJ Sports in conjunction with Trivella Brazil, who later championed his move to Fortaleza FC.
With Super Eagles’ coach, Eric Chelle, pondering on his provisional squad to execute next month’s World Cup Qualifier playoff and 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, the pacy forward hinted he has what it takes to don the Green and White Jersey.
He, however, disclosed he’ll never relent in his bid to emerge as the cynosure of all eyes if given a chance to prove his worth before millions of Nigerians.
“Winning a tournament like this in a football country, Brazil, is a dream come through. I never knew this could come so fast within my short spell with the club. This recent success will gear me for more as I look forward to also extending this impressive form of mine to my fatherland, Nigeria, if given a chance to wear the green and white colours,” he stated.
