In recent times, it has been a cascade of honours for the young consummate businessman and realtor, Dr. Stephen Akintayo. For the dynamic chairman of GText Holdings, he has been receiving a lot of recognition stemming from his giant strides in the area of real estate as well as his several contributions in the field of education where he has carved a niche for himself.
The latest thumb up was from the management of Myles Leadership University, which conferred on him an honorary doctorate degree. At the conferment ceremony held at the GText Holdings headquarters in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos, Dr. Mathew Mario, Director of Programmes, Mlyes Leadership University remarked that the decision of the university management was born out of close scrutiny of the strides and the selfless accomplishment of the young entrepreneur.
He noted that the university —with main campus in India and an affiliate campus in Benin Republic— has carefully selected Akintayo because of his astute reputation over the years. For Akintayo, this was much appreciated as he thanked the management of the institute for the honorary degree. The young property magnate later promised to foot the bill of a student to start with and subsequently, extend it to five more persons.
