Ranchers Bees Football club in Kaduna has been rebranded to gain promotion in the Nigeria Premier Football League.
Consequently, the Football club has officially unveiled a new head coach, Patrick Bassey, ahead of the 2025-26 Nigeria National League campaign.
The event took place at the Nigeria Television Authority, Kaduna.
The new Coach appreciated Chief Executive Officer of the club, Super Eagles centre forward, Sadiq Umar for entrusting him with the responsibility and commitment to achieving the club’s primary goal of securing promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League.
Bassey added that “our major target is to seal promotion for the pride of Kaduna.

“We have been working towards it, we are determined to restore joy to Kaduna and delight the Ranchers Bees fans, providing that our club is here to stay and poised to reclaim its former glory”.
A season tactician with extensive experience in top-tier and grassroots football, Bassey is highly regarded for his technical expertise and impressive player development track record.
Sports observers said his appointment sends a strong message of ambition from Ranchers Bees, who are determined to regain their status among Nigeria’s top clubs.
In attendance at the brief event were club President, Nura Bulala and Kaduna State Football Association Chairman, Faisal Abdullahi, with both of them welcoming Bassey’s appointment, believing it marks a significant step forward for the club.
