Prof Oloyode was being honoured for making and saving so much money for the government through JAMB. He received the honour from Mrs Nike Akande.
Following him was Nisma Ekere, MD of NDDC, a man whose tenure was said to have brought tremendous improvement to the Niger Delta, by also helping to keep the restive youths from the area in check. His representative picked the awards for him from Chief Mrs Akande.
