ICM Homes and Properties, operating under Ichie Millions Limited, has rapidly become a significant player in the Nigerian real estate sector.
Founded just over two years ago, the company has already made a substantial impact by providing property ownership opportunities to over 500 Nigerians, including those with limited financial resources.
The inspiration behind ICM Homes and Properties stems from a deep understanding of real estate as a secure and reliable investment. Ojika Ugochukwu, the driving force behind the brand, recognized the potential for real estate to offer substantial returns, provided the properties are genuine and legally sound. This vision led to the creation of ICM Homes and Properties, with a mission to make property ownership accessible to a broader segment of the population.
Ojika Ugochukwu’s background is rooted in Imo State, specifically Ohaji/Egbema. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Nekede. Beyond his academic achievements, Ojika is a member of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN) and an ambassador for the Oodua Association, showcasing his commitment to community and national development. Recently, he was honored with the title of ambassador of the Oodua Association, recognizing his contributions and influence. Looking ahead, ICM Homes and Properties plans to employ 50 young Nigerians starting August 1st, further contributing to job creation and economic empowerment.
