PROPAK West Africa, the region’s premier manufacturing exhibition and conference, is set to return for its 12th edition from September 9–11, 2025, at The Landmark Centre in Lagos. With visitor registration now open, the event is poised to attract over 5,500 industry professionals across the packaging, plastics, printing, and processing sectors, marking it as the largest edition to date.

This year’s exhibition will feature 250 global brands, including international giants like BBM Maschinenbau, Krones AG, Milacron India, Piovan Group, and Windmoeller & Holscher, alongside a strong Nigerian contingent such as Adeco Project Engineering, JMG Ltd, and Veepee Group.

The event will showcase an unprecedented number of live machinery demonstrations, with over 15 machines in action, including cutting-edge injection and blow molding, sachet, packing, and weighing equipment—some making their West African debut.

Running parallel to the exhibition, a robust conference program will offer technical sessions and summits for CEOs and technicians. The headline summit on September 9 will explore “Shaping the Future of Packaging in West Africa,” while September 11 will focus on “Access to Finance for Industrial Growth.” Notable speakers from Guinness Nigeria, Unilever Nigeria Plc, UAC Foods, and FrieslandCampina will share insights.

A highlight of the event is the sustainability focus day on September 10, led by strategic partner KPMG Nigeria. Themed “Lifecycle Data Management for Sustainable Packaging Systems,” this session will delve into how data can drive a circular economy, engaging the manufacturing community on sustainable practices.

With just over two months until the event, organizers promise more announcements, including additional exhibitors, conference sessions, and new features. Industry professionals are encouraged to register early to stay updated and secure their spot at this landmark event.
