A Lagos-based entrepreneur, Engr. Ogbonna I. Nwachi,(Ibru) has congratulated Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru on his successful swearing-in as the 4th Executive Governor of Ebonyi State.

While congratulating the Governor,the business mogul tasked him to pursue his Peoples Charter of Needs, paying attention to education, health and small scale industrialisation.

Nwachi, who is an indigene of Afikpo North, Ebonyi and into oil and gas, said he supported the ambition of Governor Nwifuru as he believes he will give Ebonyians the dividends of government.

In a goodwil message congratulating the Governor and the Deputy, Princess Patricia Obila, on their successful inauguration, Nwachi called on the new administration to improve on the lofty legacies and achievements of their predecessor and Senator for Ebonyi South Senatorial Distinct, Sen.David Nweze Umahi.

“Given your track record as a legislator and two time speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, I am exremely confident of your capacity to consolidate and improve on the lofty legacies and achievements recorded by your predecessor and Senator for Ebonyi South Senatorial, Sen David Nweze Umahi.

“As your you take over the mantle of leadership of our dear state, I urge you, in line with your Peoples Charter of Needs, to prioritize education, health, industrialization, security and welfare of Ebonyi people that came out en mass and voted massively for you” he said.

Calling on all stakeholders to join hands in the continuous re-building of the state, Nwachi enjoined political opponents to sheathe their swords and join hands in the development of Ebonyi and the people as the purpose of governance is for the betterment of all and saundry nomatter our party affiliations.
