President Muhammadu Buhari says he is confident of being re-elected at the end of the ongoing presidential election.
He spoke on Saturday in Daura after casting his votes in the presidential and National Assembly polls.
The President, accompanied by his wife, Aisha, arrived the Sarkin Yara ward 003 Unit at 8am, where they cast their votes.
Aisha was the first to cast her ballot and Buhari whispered to her, “Vote APC.”
“I am confident of winning the presidential election,” Buhari told reporters before the departing the polling unit at 8.10 am.
