Controversial street-pop singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has challenged fellow musician Terry G to a celebrity boxing match, saying the bout would help revive the veteran entertainer’s public profile.
Portable made the declaration during an appearance on Channels Television’s Rubbin’ Minds, where he spoke about his growing involvement in celebrity boxing and his plans ahead of his scheduled rematch with actor Charles Okocha on July 31.
The singer dismissed suggestions of facing other opponents, insisting that Terry G is the only celebrity he wants to meet in the ring.
“I want to fight Terry G. If I fight Terry G, people will remember him,” Portable said.
