Popular Nigerian Celebrity DJ, Ebere Patricia Iwuagwu a.k.a Commissioner DJ Wysei, brought joy and laughter to members of some rural communities in Mbaise, Imo State, with her philanthropic outreach as part of yuletide.
As part her community outreach, she mobilized medical professionals to offer free medical outreach for the elderly, women, and youth with several medical conditions in the community.
A statement released by her media team indicated that necessary drugs were also provided for people in line with the outcome of the diagnosis.
The celebrity DJ also used the opportunity to commission a completed water borehole she provided for the people of Uhmu Onicha area of Mbaise, in Imo State.
She also made some other donations for the people to empathize with the feelings of the people who are negatively affected by the impact of fuel subsidy removal and other economic policies of the government.
She assured the people that better days are ahead, hence they should be strong and have faith in God.
In response, the community leaders appreciated the celebrity DJ for her humanitarian and philanthropic gesture to the community and prayed for more divine blessings and multiplication for her.
They, however, challenged other well-to-do individuals from within and outside the community to emulate the philanthropic spirit of the celebrity DJ in order to better the lives of less privileged persons in the community.
