The Lagos State Police Command has recovered three vehicles suspected to have been stolen from different locations in the state.
The command has consequently urged owners of missing vehicles to come forward and identify the recovered vehicles with valid particulars and other relevant documents.
The police warned that owners who fail to claim the vehicles within 21 days risk losing them, as the vehicles may be auctioned in accordance with the law.
The recovered vehicles include a Mercedes-Benz E240 saloon car with registration number JJJ 579 DH; an unregistered Mercedes-Benz CL65 saloon car; and a mini bus with registration number EPE 974 YC.
The vehicles are currently being kept at the Festac Town and Elemoro Police Divisions.
The Command urged members of the public who have reported cases of vehicle theft and believe their vehicles may be among those recovered to visit the respective police divisions with their vehicle particulars and other proof of ownership for verification and collection.
