The Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command has arrested a suspected vandal, Asiru Tukor, in the act of removing cables from an electric pole in the Ojota area of the state.
In a post shared on Facebook on Wednesday, the RSS disclosed that its operatives monitoring Ojota Bridge caught the 27-year-old suspect.

“Around 8:00 p.m. on 24th May, Rapid Response Squad (RRS) operatives monitoring Ojota Bridge caught Asiru Tukor, 27 years old in the act removing cables from electric pole in Ojota.
“He made significant confessions. Efforts to arrest his accomplices and buyer still in progress,” the post reads in part.
The suspect has been arraigned in court.
