Police declare 13 wanted for thuggery activities in Kano

A total of 13 suspects have been directed to report to the Kano State police headquarters for alleged involvements in thuggery and other criminal activities

A statement issued, Sunday, by the Police Public Relations Officer, Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa warned that they would trailed, arrested and dealth with if they failed to show up.

The suspects included Halipa Here, Sheye Injiniya, Yusuf Ilu, Walidi Auwalu Kapinta, Tijjani Rattagu, Agiri Balarabe, Dan Kasuwa, Dan Makare and Nasuru Madadi.

Others were Hali Pan Pan Jamilu Piye
Saiyid Zawai and Inyasi, according to the statement.

The ststement explained that the suspects were arrowheads behind the current rise in thuggery in some parts of the metropolis,.

The police reassured the public that the security of life and properties of all Kano residents was its top-most priority adding that it had embarked on series of measures to check the development.

The statement urged the public to remain vigilant and co-operate with the police to ensure a crime society.
