The Lagos State Police Command has arrested two suspected cultists in Lagos.
The suspects were arrested by the anti-crime patrol team of Elere Police Division.
Th suspects,Alimi Abdulrasak,18, and Eniola Shamsudeen, 18, residents of Oniwaya, Agege.
According to the police,”The arrest occurred on October 6, 2024, at approximately 1:50 a.m,while the team was stationed at Agbotikuyo, along Ipaja Road. Upon searching the suspects, our men discovered a backpack containing two axes and two bottles, suspected to be their weapons.
According to Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer ( PPRO), SP Benjamin Hundyin, investigation was ongoing.
