The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Plateau State House of Assembly bye-election, Hon. Yakubu Sanda has expressed optimism that he will come out victorious in the Saturday bye-election for Pengana State Constituency of Plateau State.
He noted that he would prioritise the security of lives and properties; and roads that have become death traps in Bassa Local Government Area.
Hon. Sanda disclosed this on Wednesday while briefing journalists in Jos and pledged to support Governor Simon Lalong and President Muhammadu Buhari in taking Plateau and Nigeria to the Next Level.
He regretted how the member-elect for the constituency died a few hours after he was declared winner of the 2019 governorship and state Assembly elections and vowed to continue from where he stopped if elected.
“I am overwhelmed with the support given to me ahead of Saturday’s bye-election in Pengana constituency and I am confident of victory.
