The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has called on all Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders and retirees in the country to participate in its 2025 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, aimed at improving service delivery across the pension industry.

The survey, which opened on November 3, will run until December 17, 2025.

In a statement released in Abuja, the commission said the exercise was designed to assess customer satisfaction, brand awareness and pension literacy among contributors and retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS).

PenCom explained that the findings will help strengthen regulations and enhance the overall experience of pension users nationwide.

“This survey is a vital feedback tool, and we strongly encourage all contributors and retirees to take part,” the Commission said. “The insights we gather will guide reforms to ensure the CPS continues to meet the needs of Nigerians who depend on it for financial security in retirement.”

PenCom emphasised that the survey is open to both active workers and retirees across all sectors.

According to the commission, widespread participation will allow regulators to better understand the concerns, expectations and level of awareness among pension stakeholders.

A senior official of the Commission, who spoke under anonymity, said the exercise reflects PenCom’s commitment to transparency and customer-centred reforms. “We cannot improve what we do not measure. This survey helps us listen directly to the people we serve,” the official noted.

Participants can access the questionnaire through the PenCom website at www.pencom.gov.ng, as well as through the Commission’s official social media platforms, including Facebook (@PenCom.gov), Twitter/X (@PenComNig), Instagram (@pencomnigeria), and LinkedIn (National Pension Commission).

Stakeholders have welcomed the initiative, noting that customer feedback remains essential to the continued growth of the pension sector.

PenCom urged all eligible Nigerians to complete the survey before the closing date. “Your voice matters. By taking a few minutes to fill this questionnaire, you are helping us create a more efficient and responsive pension industry,” the Commission added.
