PDP sets up media committee for Bayelsa, Imo, Kogi polls

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has constituted a Special National Media/Publicity Committee (SNPC) for the November 11, 2023 governorship elections in Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi States respectively.

The 12-man committee which is headed by the National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, has Richard Ihediwa as secretary.

A statement signed by Ologunagba indicated that the special media committee is to liaise with the various Campaign Councils and Committees for the elections to ensure effective media and adequate publicity for the opposition party’s campaigns in the run-up to the governorship polls.

According to the statement, “the PDP charges all leaders, critical stakeholders and teeming members of our Party in Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi States to continue to work hard to ensure the victory of our Party in the elections.”
