Bode George, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party’s Board of Trustees (BoT), has emphasised that the party remains steadfast despite the internal crises.

George made this comment on Friday during an interview with Channels Television’s Politics Today.

He was responding to the turmoil surrounding the party’s National Convention, which is slated for November 15 and 16.

Justice Peter Odo Lifu of the Federal High Court in Abuja had issued a final order preventing the party from proceeding with its 2025 National Convention in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Reacting, George said, “Majority of the members of the party know that this party is the Iroko political party in Nigeria.

“There’s no organisation that would not have disagreement or dispute but the ability of the managers to be able to tell themselves the truth defines the strength of that organisation.

“I want to reassure you that PDP is solid, this party is undivided.”
