Human rights lawyer, Deji Adeyanju has mocked Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde for condemning members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) supporting Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike.
During a Sunday Sallah homage to Senator Bala Mohammed, Governor of Bauchi State and Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum, Makinde described any PDP member supporting Wike as an “enemy of democracy”.
He alleged that the FCT Minister’s faction has the backing of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), the judiciary, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
However, he maintained that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) retains the support of the Nigerian masses.

But in a Facebook post on Monday, Adeyanju berated the Oyo governor, saying he is only angry he got outsmarted by his friend turned foe.
Adeyanju said, “NEWS: Makinde condemns PDP Members supporting Wike.
“Same Makinde that joined Wike to bring Wike in 2023! He’s only angry Wike outsmarted him by getting FCT Minister and he got nothing.
“Nigerian politicians can only fool idiots. He is ready to work for Tinubu again which is why he doesn’t want to join the main opposition ADC but want to be recognized after election like Wike.”
