The Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) chairmanship candidate for Bwari Area Council, Julius Adamu, has stepped down for his All Progressives Congress (APC) rival, Joshua Ishaku Musa.

The dramatic twist followed direct intervention by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) minister, Nyesom Wike, sources confirmed to our reporter yesterday evening.

Adamu described his action as a sacrifice for peace and progress in Bwari, urging his supporters to back Musa.
