The speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon Adebo Ogundoyin will be at the prestigious Tiger Golf Club Ibadan on Saturday, December 9 for the ceremonial tee-off of the first edition of Ayomiposi Ibrahim Foundation Charity Golf Tournament.
The two-day golf tournament was designed as part of activities to celebrate the birthday of an Ibadan based real estate guru and seasoned developer, Ayomoposi Ibrahim, the CEO of TOPOSYI Realtors.
About 120 golfers across the country and West African countries have registered their intention to participate in the golf tourney.
The golfers are expected to start arriving Ibadan to have a feel of the golf course with practice rounds, and subsequently treated to a welcome cocktail with a live band and a kegite display.
Chairman of the Planning Committee, Mr. Sikiru Jimoh said the tournament will kick off with the ceremonial tee-off, a golf tournament and a Closing Ceremony at the pavilion of the Tiger Golf Club, Saturday.
“Everything is set for the golfing event, as the beautiful golf course of Tiger Golf Club, which recently adjusted as one of the best golf courses in Africa is ready to host golfers and well wishers that will be coming around to celebrate the philanthropist and a distinguished member of the TGC,” said the organizing committee boss.
He added that the TOPOSYI Realtors with his Ibrahim Ayomiposi Foundation will also be reaching out to put smiles on the faces of the less privileged in the society as part of his style of celebrating his birthday annually.
