The wife of the governor of Abia State, Mrs Priscilla Chidinma Otti, has urged the 1000 female beneficiaries of the N50m recapitalization fund from Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, to be prudent in their dealings with the fund.

Mrs Otti reminded the 1,000 women petty traders who collectively received the sum of N50 million from Nigeria’s First Lady and Chairperson of the Renewed Hope Initiative, Senator Tinubu for the recapitalisation, that if wisely used, the support could unlock new pathways for their economic aspirations.

She expressed appreciation to Senator Tinubu for being a beacon of hope for Nigerian women.

Mrs. Otti used the opportunity to acknowledge the steadfast leadership of her husband and governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, for his progressive policies that continue to safeguard the interests of women in the state.

She pointed out that the progressive policies of the Governor Otti-led administration will continue to safeguard the interests of women and youths in the state.
