Afrobeats star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, engaged in a playful exchange with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, during a recent meeting.
Davido jokingly declared that he had defeated Wike’s side, prompting a light-hearted back-and-forth between the singer and the minister.
The moment was captured in a video shared on Instagram by @OfficialPrinceNwauzor on Friday, following a visit by Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, to Wike on Thursday.
In the viral clip, Davido, dressed in brown traditional attire, could be heard repeatedly telling Wike, “I won. I beat you guys,” as the minister challenged his claim.
Wike, seated in a white shirt, responded with a smile, saying, “No, no.”
