Osun State House of Assembly has suspended Lukman Afolabi, the caretaker chairman in Ede, the hometown of Governor Ademola Adeleke.
Afolabi who is the chairman of Ede South main council, was suspended for alleged misconduct.
A statement by the press secretary to the speaker, Adewale Egbedun, on Wednesday, directed that the suspended chairman is expected to hand over to his vice immediately.
Findings showed that the erring chairman had altercation with the legislators during a peace meeting to settle wranglings within the Local Government chairmen in the state.
