Galatasaray’s manager, Okan Buruk, has praised Victor Osimhen for his clinical finishing but remarked that the Nigerian’s achievement of scoring 43 goals for the club came too quickly.
Osimhen scored his 43rd goal on a Sunday against Göztepe at the Rams Park Stadium.
Buruk commented, “Osimhen reached 43 goals a bit too quickly. I scored 43 before I retired.” Reflecting on his own accomplishment, Osimhen said, “This is a wonderful achievement for me. Okan Buruk was a legendary player, and now he’s doing remarkable things as a coach. Working with him is truly a great opportunity, and I am very happy to collaborate with him. He is a great person who shows us respect both on and off the field. He knows how to motivate his players, and every player strives to give their best, which is crucial for the team’s continued success.”
