…With my goals, assists

Victor Osimhen has fired warning shots at the Panthers of Gabon, Cameroon and DRC ahead of the 2026 World Cup- CAF playoffs in Morocco.

The Galatasaray striker and his Super Eagles teammates are expected to arrive in Rabat on November 9, four days before their explosive clash with Gabon Panthers scheduled for November 13 in the Moroccan capital.

Osimhen, who bagged his 43rd goal for Galatasaray on Sunday against Göztepe at the Rams Park Stadium, said: “ We have many goals as a club. We need to work hard and fight for these goals. I want to be in the World Cup with my country. I am giving my everything there too. My focus is here now. Next month is the World Cup playoffs. I will help my teammates with my goals, assists and everything. Now we will rest this week and we will play an important match. “

The winner of the match between Nigeria and Gabon will then face either Cameroon or the DRC for a final qualifying battle.

The winner from the CAF playoff will join five other nations from the Concacaf (2 teams), Conmebol (1 team), and OFC (1 team) confederations in an attempt to secure a historic qualification for the 2026 World Cup.
