Organisers shift government spokespersons’ training to October 29

The Sun

Organisers of a masterclass for government and agency spokespersons, themed “Proactive Media Relations and Reputation Management as Catalysts for Institutional Trust, Transparency and Transformation in Public Service”, have announced its postponement.

Originally set for September 16 to 18 at Abuja Continental Hotel, the training will now be held from October 29 to 31 at the same venue.

Zemeef Communication Ltd, the lead consultant, stated that the rescheduling allows more time to accommodate diverse interest groups keen to join the masterclass.

The postponement offers Commissioners of Information, Permanent Secretaries, Chief Press Secretaries, Directors of Press Affairs, Special Advisers on Media, and Heads of Media and Public Relations in MDAs an extended window to register.

The organisers expressed regret for any inconvenience caused but confirmed that all prior registrations remain valid for the new dates.
