Organisations should embrace digital transformation with confidence -Adedokun

Group Chief Executive Officer of Concept De La Paix Hub (CDLPHUB), Peace Adedokun, has said businesses and institutions must adopt digital technologies with greater confidence if they are to remain competitive and sustainable in an increasingly technology-driven economy.

Adedokun made the remarks during the unveiling of CDLPHUB Solutions Ltd expected to become operational from July 1, 2026. CDLPHUB Solutions Ltd is the technology, software and digital transformation subsidiary of the CDLPHUB Group, established to provide practical information and communication technology solutions to organisations across diverse sectors.

Adedokun said many organisations continue to experience challenges in integrating digital tools into their operations, underscoring the need for accessible, practical and market-oriented technological solutions.

According to him, the launch of the new subsidiary represents a deliberate effort to support organisations seeking to navigate the complexities of digital transformation.

“We want organisations to embrace digital transformation with confidence,” Adedokun said.

He further stressed that the company’s objective extends beyond introducing another technology enterprise into the market.

“This launch represents more than the unveiling of another technology company; it represents our commitment to helping organisations embrace digital transformation with confidence,” he stated.

Adedokun explained that CDLPHUB Solutions was conceived as a response to the increasing demand for technology-driven solutions capable of addressing operational challenges confronting businesses and institutions.

For years, he noted, CDLPHUB had maintained a focus on growth, innovation and transformation, but evolving industry realities necessitated a shift beyond conventional business support services.

“As industries evolved and organisations increasingly sought technology-driven solutions to complex operational challenges, the Group recognised the need to expand beyond traditional business support into delivering practical digital solutions capable of transforming businesses and institutions,” he said.

He added that the company was founded on the conviction that technology should be practical and impactful.

“CDLPHUB Solutions was established with a clear purpose: to provide practical ICT solutions that help businesses become more efficient, innovative, and competitive.”

According to him, the subsidiary has been designed to bridge technological gaps, simplify digital processes and provide organisations with intelligent systems that enhance productivity and support long-term growth.

“CDLPHUB Solutions has been established to bridge technological gaps, simplify digital processes, and provide organisations with intelligent systems that improve operational efficiency, productivity, innovation, and long-term growth,” he said.

The company enters the market with a broad range of services intended to support both public and private sector organisations. These include software development, business automation, website and mobile application development, digital transformation services, branding and digital systems, customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, enterprise technology tools, information technology consulting and technical support services.

Adedokun said the services align with the company’s broader objective of providing solutions that respond directly to contemporary market realities.

The implementation of the subsidiary’s goals is to be carried out by Olusegun Olopade, who has been entrusted with overseeing operations and strategic execution to ensure the company delivers solutions suited to the demands of today’s digital economy, Adedokun added.

The establishment of CDLPHUB Solutions also forms part of a wider transformation agenda within the Group, which has introduced a strengthened governance structure comprising a parent holding company, an advisory board and specialised subsidiaries operating under a unified strategic leadership framework.

According to Adedokun, the structure is intended to promote accountability, operational excellence, sustainable expansion and investor readiness.

The company has adopted the mission, “To solve real market problems through smart ICT solutions,” a philosophy that Adedokun said would guide its operations, just as he stated that “Technology should be accessible, practical, and transformative—not merely innovative for innovation’s sake.”

He added that “Every solution developed by CDLPHUB Solutions will therefore be driven by a commitment to solving real business challenges, improving customer experiences, and creating sustainable value for clients.”

Adedokun said the establishment of the subsidiary reinforces its long-term commitment to innovation, sustainable growth and digital transformation, while positioning it to play a greater role within Nigeria’s expanding technology ecosystem.
