Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Enitan-Ogunwusi, has stepped up philanthropic act by partnering real estate firm to rescue less privilege children across the country.
The monarch, who has empowered less privileged kids via his non-governmental organisation, Hope Alive Initiative, partnered real estate outfit, Palton Morgan Holdings, while promising he would not relent in cementing more relationship with private and public body capable of supporting his initiative.
Representing her husband at the partnership deal which recently held in Lagos, Temitope Morenikeji Ogunlusi, said the idea was a tip of the iceberg compared to other plans in the offing.
“My husband is always ready for humanitarian services and that’s the reason behind this partnership. With his ‘Hope Alive Initiative’, he has been able to raise several children to stardom.
“Signing a partnership deal capable of reducing the suffering of the less privileged has brought me joy and I hope others join us in this race. During the last Valentine celebration, we visited several hospitals to dash out items to toddlers and here we are again drumming support for the kids. On behalf of the king, I say thank you to Palton Morgan Holdings for joining us on this project,” she said.
CEO, Palton Morgan Holdings, Adeyinka Adesope, expressed gratitude after signing the deal and promised that his firm would keep the initiative alive.
“It’s a nice idea. Before now, we handed 50 children full year academic scholarships to support the idea. I’m glad seeing the queen leading this. Long before she became Her Regal Majesty, she trusted us enough to buy into our property. Now, we continue to strive to be the preferred real estate brand in Africa and beyond, taking cognisance of our God-inspired values, which had in the past strategically revamped the real estate business model in Africa. Having achieved all this, I think this is the best time to give back to the society and we won’t get tired of doing that,” he said.
