A former member of the House of Representatives and senatorial aspirant, Sam Onuigbo, has congratulated the Deputy Speaker, Benjamin Okezie Kalu, on the occasion of his birthday, praising his leadership and contributions to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a felicitation message, Onuigbo who recently served as a board member in the North East Development Commission (NEDC), celebrated Kalu’s “remarkable contributions” to the APC in Abia State and across the country, noting that his leadership style continues to inspire confidence within the party and the National Assembly.
“As Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and leader of the APC in Abia State, your leadership has continued to reflect courage, vision and an unwavering commitment to service.”
He commended Kalu’s role in advancing legislative work and strengthening unity within the APC, describing his performance in office as both “commendable and inspiring.”
He also offered prayers for the Deputy Speaker, asking for divine guidance and strength as he continues in public service.

Kalu, who represents Bende Federal Constituency in Abia State, currently serves as Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and is a key figure in the APC’s leadership structure in the South East.
