Onitsha building collapse: One trapped worker rescued alive

One out of three workers trapped at the collapsed five storey building at Dennis Memorial Grammar School (DMGS) Onitsha, Anambra State has been rescued alive.

The rescue workers who have been working hard since morning rescued the site worker remaining two other workers, as rescue search team continued at the site.

The rescued man was rushed to general hospital Onitsha for medical attention.

The building collapsed at about 12.30am today, but the good news was that students of the school were on midterm break when the incident occured.
