One Year in Office: Tor Tiv Congratulates, Tasks Gov Alia, Speaker on Infrastructural Devt

As the Benue State Governor, Rev Fr  Hyacinth Alia clocks one year in office, the Paramount Ruler of the Tiv nation Orcivirigh Prof James Ayatse has urged the governor to sustain his landmark achievements through massive infrastructural development of the state.
Tor Tiv in a statement signed by his Special Assistant on Media and ICT, Mr Freddie Adamgbe, stressed that Governor Alia’s policies and programmes have positivity impacted on Benue citizens and restored the hope of the common man in the state.
He expressed confidence in the capacity of the Governor to execute more projects that will move Benue to its position not only as the Food Basket of the nation but also the economic hub of the country.
While assuring Governor Alia of the unalloyed support and cooperation of the Benue Traditional Rulers for the success of his administration, the Tor Tiv prayed God to grant the Governor more years and good health to continue to develop the state.
Similarly, the Tor Tiv extended has also congratulated the Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Hon Aôndona Dajo on his 48th birthday which coincides with his one year in office as Speaker.
The Tor Tiv hailed the performances of the Speaker especially his provision of a modern infrastructure for traditional rulers in his constituency which he noted is a clear demonstration of outstanding and examplary leadership style.
The Tor Tiv therefore sued for a formidable State Legislature that will work in synergy with the Executive and Judicial Arms of the Government for peace and development of Benue State.
