The remains of Mrs. Olufunmilayo Oyegbola will be interred on November 30, 2023.
According to obsequies released by Hon. Lanre Oyegbola and his siblings, she will lie in state by 9am on November 30. Thereafter, the funeral service starts from 10:00 am at the Chapel of Christ The Light, Alausa, Ikeja. Reception of guests takes place at Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja.
Reflecting on his mother’s legacy, Hon. Lanre Oyegbola Sodipo, former special assistant on Housing to the Ogun State governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, stated: “Besides being a loving and extraordinary mother, my mother was a great humanitarian in her own right. Her life of service and compassion was an example for all. She will be sorely missed not only by our family but by the many people whom she has impacted through her dedication to God and her love for family and mankind.”
Mrs. Olufunmilayo Oyegbola is survived by children and grandchildren.
