Managing Director/CEO of Crystal Properties, Dr. Olatunde Oloyede has been awarded an honorary Doctorate of Science in Business Administration by Prowess University, Delaware in the United States of America.
The honour was in recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions to the development of a variety of human endeavours, including business, entrepreneurship, and youth leadership.
The honour was bestowed on him by Prowess University in partnership with the management and advisory board of Leadtimes Africa Magazine.
A business guru, religious leader, and philanthropist, Dr. Oloyede is an accomplished expert with over a decade of experience in the real estate sector.
In his quest to mitigate the housing deficit in Nigeria, he established Crystal Properties in 2009, an award-winning real estate firm that has been operating with focus-driven and affordable housing projects across Nigeria, including Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo states.
In his acceptance speech, Oloyede commended the governing council of the university for counting him worthy of the honour saying it would propel him to continue to deliver excellent service to the development of the real estate sector in Nigeria and the growth of the Nigerian economy.
He promised to continue to be an advocate of poverty alleviation using the real estate business and to remain committed to providing affordable housing units in Nigeria for economic and human capital development.
