A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State and member of the 2023 Presidential Campaign Council, Dr. Ngozi Olejeme, has reaffirmed her support for President Bola Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, calling on all Delta State women to give their support to the renewed Hope Agenda at all levels.

She described President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda as a bold and strategic roadmap aimed at stabilising the economy, restoring confidence in governance and delivering meaningful development across the country.

Dr. Olejeme, who stated this after receiving an award of recognition alongside the late Maryam Babangida, at the Women Development Centre, Abuja, commended Governor Oborevwori for aligning Delta State with the progressive family and providing purposeful leadership.

She maintained that Governor Oborevwori’s administration had brought renewed political stability and unity within the party in the state. She urged party members to give the governor maximum cooperation to consolidate on the gains already achieved.

The former governorship aspirant assured Nigerians and Deltans that the synergy between President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and Governor Oborevwori’s development-driven leadership would continue to represent a new phase of progress and political consolidation in Delta State and Nigeria.

Olejeme, who offered glowing tributes to her monarch, Asagba of Asaba, Prof. Epiphany Chigbogu Azinge, also extolled the capacity of the executive members of Ohanaeze Ndigbo worldwide, led by the President General, Senator John Azuta Mbata and others, to grace the occasion in her honour.

“Asaba women have made their mark and they will continue to make more positive impacts in the development of the nation, Delta State and Asaba in particular. Nation building must start from how we build our immediate community and we will continue to support and develop our people,” she assured.

She thanked Delta Women and the leadership of the Asaba Development Union (ADU) for acknowledging her impact, with the assurance to always stand on the path of progress, peace and stability.
