Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has approved the nomination of four persons as commissioners-designate for the state.
The nominees are Nosa Adams, Yakubu Oshiorenua Musa, Dr. Felix Ehiguese Akhabue, and Prof. Omorodion Ignatius Ikponmwosa.

The Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, in a statement in Benin City, said the nomination of the individuals would be forwarded to the Edo State House of Assembly for consideration and confirmation.
Nine other nominees had earlier been confirmed by the Assembly and sworn into the State Executive Council as commissioners.
