Okpebholo celebrates APC National Chairman, Yilwatda, Senator Urhoghide

The Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has congratulated Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and Senator Matthew Urhoghide, the Director-General of his governorship campaign council on the occasion of their birthdays. 

Governor Okpebholo lauded Professor Yilwatda for his unflinching support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the larger APC family across the globe.

While congratulating Senator Urhoghide for his continous contributions to the development of Edo State and Nigeria as a whole, Governor Okpebholo reflected on the strong bond that they share as political leaders.

“I join family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating two distinguished Nigerians, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, the National Chairman of our great party, the APC and another proud son of Edo State, Senator Matthew Urhoghide, on their birthdays. These two gentlemen have consistently demonstrated keen interest and commitment in public service,” the governor said in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Fred Itua.

He highlighted Professor Yilwatda and Senator Urhoghide’s dedication and impactful representation. He noted their efforts in various capacities to bring about positive change and advance the interests of the people.

“On behalf of the Government and people of Edo State, I wish Professor Nentawe Yilwatda and Senator Matthew Urhoghide a joyous birthday celebration filled with good health, happiness, and continued wisdom. May they continue to be a beacon of hope and progress for our dear country, Nigeria,” Okpebholo added.
