As part of its familiarity call to Igbo leaders, Imo Chairmen Forum of Ohanaeze Lagos State, led by its Chairman, Matthew Duru, recently, visited Eze Ndigbo Igbogbo Baiyeku, Okey Anorue, at his palace in Ikorodu, Lagos.
During the meeting, he and the Ohanaeze leaders deliberated on how to promote unity and Igbo culture in the Diaspora.
Anorue commended the delegation for the visit that Ndigbo in Igbogbo Baiyeku will continue to contribute their quota to the development of Igbo nation.
Duru described Anorue as a God-fearing monarch whose innovation in promoting Igbo culture stood him out among other Ezes.
Anorue said he would continue to use his God-given wisdom to guide Igbo nation aright.
