Ohanaeze chieftain mourns Iwuanyanwu, Ubah

The former deputy president,  Ohanaeze  Ndigbo,  Lagos State, Chief Vitus Uzoh, has commiserated with the families of Ohanaeze Ndigbo worldwide President General (PG), Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu (Ahaejiagamba) who died recently at 82 and Senator Ifeanyi Ubah wĥo died in London last weekend.

Chief Uzoh, lamented that their deaths were a big loss to Ndigbo.

“I am saddened by the death of these eminent Nigerians. I pray for God Almighty to give their families the fortitude to bear the loss.

“Chief Iwuanyanwu, a media colossus and business  mogul, within his short term as Ohaneze PG Worldwide, took steps that helped to reduce marginalisation of the Igbo. He also used his position as the PG to unite Ndigbo in the Diaspora. He will be remembered for his zeal to give Ndigbo a sense of belonging,” he said.
