Ogun: Students laud Abiodun over launch of AI-powered teaching platform, 100,000 capacity poultry pen

The National Association of Ogun State Students (NAOSS) has commended the Ogun State governor, Dapo Abiodun, over the launch of an AI-powered teaching platform by his administration, to enhance the delivery of quality knowledge and education development in the state  The association gave the commendation in a statement jointly signed by its National President, Olubodun Olalekan, and the General Secretary, Adesanya Peter, at the weekend.

It described the initiative as a groundbreaking one that would revolutionise education in the state, noting that the innovative platform would enhance teaching and learning, providing students with access to cutting-edge technology and equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the digital age.

The NAOSS expressed optimism that the digital platform would bridge the gap in educational resources and provide students with a more interactive and engaging learning experience.

“The AI-powered Teaching Platform is a testament to the Ogun State Government’s commitment to leveraging technology to improve education.

“The platform will provide students with access to virtual classrooms, online resources, and interactive learning tools, enabling them to learn at their own pace and explore new concepts in a more engaging way.

“The NAOSS applauds the state government’s vision and initiative in introducing this platform, which is expected to improve academic performance and outcomes in the state”, the statement stated.

The body also lauded the Ogun State Government for establishing a 100,000 capacity poultry pen in the Odeda Farm Settlement. According to NAOSS, the agriculture initiative is expected to create job opportunities for the youth and students, providing them with a source of income and enabling them to contribute to the state’s economy.
