Chairman, Real Estate Developers Association (REDAN), Ogun State Chapter, Dr. Adeyemi Adeniyi, has said his administration signals a significant milestone in the advancement of the real estate sector in the state.
Adeniyi, who made the remark at the inauguration of the newly elected executive, recently, said his administration is poised to enhance the landscape of real estate in Ogun State by fostering an environment that is conducive to investment, sustainable development, and regulatory compliance.
The Publicity Secretary, REDAN, Ogun State, Dr. Boluwatife Babarinde, stated that under the newly elected administration, all real estate agents operating in the state are called upon to align their practices with REDAN Ogun State, as together, they endeavour to elevate the region into a prime destination for investors and stakeholders alike.
“This collaborative effort extends to working closely with government entities to contribute to policy formulation, regulatory frameworks, and the expeditious approval of title documentation for real estate projects across the state.”
Dr. Adeniyi, who hails from Ogun State, is seasoned professional known for his expertise, integrity and unwavering dedication to the real estate industry. Born into the family of Adeyemi Olowoparieso, he is married and blessed with adorable children. He is the MD/CEO of Dealclinchers Realtors Limited, providers of luxury homes and affordable land.
Adeniyi has over 14 years cognate experience in practical construction and sales, and has been privileged to have been used by God to give properties to over a thousand people. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Ogun State University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Diploma in Accounting, Master’s in Housing Development for the University of Lagos (In view), Lagos Business School (Pan-African University), a Honourary doctorate degree in Philosophy from Escae-Benin University, Benin Republic, etc.
