Ogun PDP Congratulates Hon. Abayomi Tella on Doctorate Degree

 

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State has congratulated its State Chairman, Chief Abayomi Tella, on the conferment of a Doctorate Degree by the Lagos State University (LASU).

In a statement signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Arc. Otunba Kayode Adebayo, the party described the academic milestone as a testament to Tella’s dedication to excellence, learning, and purposeful leadership.

“On behalf of the Ogun PDP State Working Committee and members of the Peoples Democratic Party across the 20 local government areas of Ogun State, I am honoured to extend our warmest congratulations to our ever-resourceful Chairman, Hon. Dr. Abayomi Tella, on the award of his Doctorate Degree by the prestigious Lagos State University,” the statement read.

According to the party, the achievement reflects Dr. Tella’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence and his unrelenting passion for knowledge, virtues it said continue to define his leadership style.

“We are proud to see one of our own attain such remarkable academic heights. We are confident that this achievement will further strengthen his leadership capacity and enhance his service to our great party and the good people of Ogun State,” the statement added.

The PDP noted that Dr. Tella’s dedication to the growth and development of the party remains steadfast, expressing confidence in his continued leadership “with wisdom, clarity, and purpose.”

Adebayo further described the doctorate as an inspiration, particularly to young people within and beyond the party. “This accomplishment stands as a shining example of what dedication, hard work, and a passion for learning can achieve. It is a beacon of hope to the youth constituency who aspire to excellence in both academics and leadership,” he said.

The statement disclosed that members of the State Working Committee, leaders of the party, and distinguished members of the Elders’ Council joined in celebrating the achievement, reaffirming their confidence in Dr. Tella’s leadership.

“We are proud to have him at the helm of our organisational affairs, and we remain confident that his leadership will continue to inspire and motivate party faithful across Ogun State,” it concluded.
