Veteran Nollywood actor, Yinka Quadri, broke down in tears on Monday during the burial of his longtime colleague and friend, Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo.
Quadri was among Nollywood actors, family members and sympathisers who gathered in Ilaro, Ogun State, to pay their final respects to the late actor.
The emotional moment was captured in videos from the burial ceremony, showing Quadri struggling to hold back his tears as Ogogo’s remains were taken for the final rites.
Ogogo was laid to rest in Ilaro on Monday according to Islamic rites, following his death at the age of 66.

Ogogo died on Sunday after battling with stage 4 cancer.
His burial was attended by family, friends and colleagues, who showed up to pay their last respects.
Also present were Jide Kosoko, Fausat Balogun, Faithia Williams and Kolawole Ajeyemi, among others.
